2023 Disability Artistic British Championships: Ruby is the toast of Neath-Afan after she retains British crown

Ruby Allen was the toast of Neath-Afan once again after she retained her British Open Class II Women’s Senior all-around title in Lilleshall.

She also took gold on beam, silver on uneven bars and floor while also picked up bronze on vault.

Congratulations also to Fusion Gymnastics Wales’ Kieron Innes who returned home with a hat-trick of silver medals for all-around, parallel bars and vault in the Open Class II Men’s Senior competition.

Meanwhile there was all-around bronze for Mia Stockley (St Tydfils) in the Competition A Class II Women’s Junior event while Bethany Paull from Valleys Gymnastics Academy won Competition A Women’s Senior bronze on vault.

The Welsh quartet were among a total of 60 gymnasts who took to the competition floor for this year’s Disability Artistic British Championships.
